So as far as I can tell the surgery went well. I ditched the crutches Tuesday morning (the day after) and am walking with less of a limp every day. My knee is still a bit swollen and my toe hurts a little but I think all is well in the region of Stubert's right leg. Good times.
The first couple of days my knee made this horrible squishing noise which was pretty funny actually. If there is any goodness to come out of all of this, I at least get to wear flipflops to work for a couple of weeks. Which is nice. That is one work policy I would like to change. Oh well.
So I hope everyone is doing well. I hope to get back on my new bike here in a couple of weeks. Until then, I am not supposed to wear shoes. Fucking hippie.
