Practice went well last night. I still kinda suck but am getting better quickly. I had to leave early(ish) to get home to my sweets because she wasn't feeling so hot. The other guys kinda gave me a hard time about that which was a little bit of a drag but whatcha gonna do. We worked for a long time on a song that I came up with for the most part. It is pretty cool I think. Played with two guitarists last night which was a welcome change since it has only been me and the drummer for several weeks.
I am excited for this week to be over. It has been a long one. Gonna just kick it this weekend. I am done with skiing until I get some info about the knee. That will be on Tuesday which is the same day I am going to Okla to see my grandma who is 96. I haven't seen her since my brother's wedding 3 years ago. It will be good to see her though I am not a big fan of Okla. I grew up there and we moved to Colo when I was 16. I have only been back twice in 20 years. This will be #3.
So yeah... that is all I have. I want to goto the movies this weekend so will try to make that happen. We'll see how that goes.

sorry mrs stubert wasn't doing well. sorry also to hear about oklahoma, i bet it's a lot like nebraska, which didn't really pump my nads.
we DID do something nice for someone this weekend. would have been nice to do it even if that person hadn't been so appreciative, but even nicer when it's appreciated.
