not exactly sure what that means (typical spin from this jackassed administration) but i must say, the end does not justify the means. the casual way this administration regards the loss of life is revolting. people (and other creatures) are dead. lots of them. misinterpreting intelligence (or lying about it to serve your own goals) is NOT acceptable.
