i can not express how pleased i am. bought a new stove for the kitchen and last night installed the beast. our old stove was well, old and was really on its last leg. frankly, it had been on its last leg for about 10 years so...
so i was expecting a debacle. i was expecting to have to cut the kickboard out. to have to widen the opening by cutting the counter-top. nope. the opening (against everything i had read) was fine and the kickboard just unscrewed. so now i have a new, kickass convection oven that will enable me to transcend my current culinary plateau and be cookin' like Vim in no time! BAM!!! or whatever the hell that guy on TV says.

work is ok. pretty boring. it's a really small salon so the phone doesn't ring much... i get paid hourly though, so thats cool. today i tried on every shade of lipstick in the place. that was kinda fun...
