I love my son. I love the funny things kids say, we had this conversation the other night on the way home.

child - our turn w/ the sun's over
me - yes, it's another little boys turn
child - then it'll be dark
me - that's right
child - I like the dark
me - then why do you insist on sleeping w/ your light on
child - so i can see the dark.

Now why didn't I think of that??


On happy news I made a bid and it was accepted. So come September (when I settle) I'm going to be a home owner




On a not so good note, saw the dr again and my spine is curving where it's not s/b to. But had an MRI today so they should be able to determine what's causing it. And as long as they can fix it by September, (when i start working on remodeling) it's all good. (except for the lots of pain part)
On the good side of that, they keep prescribing me different pain killers and muscle relaxers. (they keep going up in strength because some of them just don't cut it.)
