Well, somewhat spur of the moment I decided to go get my tongue pierced yesterday. I credit my hubby with his support and hinting. haha I have heard that this type of piercing heals pretty quickly but it really does seem to be the case. I'm not saying it's completely healed but a day after having it pierced I was talking pretty normally (not slurred anymore haha). Also it doesn't seem to be very swollen or sore. I even ate sushi tonight (mmmmmmmmm! had been craving that for such a long time!). hehe

Spent about 8 hours shopping today. Talk about craziness. haha Despite all of that I still have things to get accomplished. Will I ever be ready?? I purchased a pair of vibrant pink boots for my daughter, who is already starting to be somewhat 'girly' but with a healthy dose of tomboy. I very much wanted this for my little boy but it seems pretty pricey at this stage of the present-buying game as we've already gotten him several things. We shall see....


How I would LOVE to be off work this whole week leading up to Christmas. So much yet to do and working evenings doesn't help that cause. I guess I'll just have to push on and do the best I can. Ah yes, and the trip to Williamsburg was quite fun! We really enjoyed the balmy, mild temps and did a bit of strolling around.
