I am absolutely pissing my vacation away, dammit. But camping would have been a mistake. Yesterday it was sunny and I walked to the beach and sat in the full-on afternoon sun, and it still was too cold to be really enjoyable. I did get in a good trail hike today, though, which was enjoyable.
