One of me best friends from high school is getting married today, and because I don't drive, I couldn't make it.
I have a new man who is amazing (my mother described him as "gorgeous and lovely and fun". He met her and the kids when he gave ALL his childhood Lego (a whole suitcase full, including an entire castle!!) to my 12yo mildly autistic brother). He's just moved back to town after quitting work on The Hobbit after 2yrs to start up his own animation studio to work on his film. He also just released an app for the ipad, that was number 1 after only 2 days (outselling Dr Seuss!). He moved on Monday, saying he'd let me know when he's settled in so we can hang out. It's now Saturday and still no word on when I get to see him. It's starting to piss me off.
The weather's been shite lately so when it cleared up Thurs I put all my laundry out. Everything was dry yesterday except my teddy (yes, shut up) who needed a little extra time, so I left him out til today. A few hours of gaming to take my mind off things, then I realise it's raining and he's still out there.
All reasons to be sad and lonely today, prompting me to "borrow" one of my room mate's giant marshmallows to put it my hot chocolate.

Seriously though, I'd love to find out for myself. We're not far off that either, Sarah's become a lot more comfortable with the idea of me playing with others but she's still not keen on being involved herself which is what I was hoping for... Who knows, maybe one day. But I might have my 'hall pass' soon, which is super exciting and super scary at the same time!
