The past week or so have been way too stressful. It's my roommates birthday tomorrow and I've been planning this big surprise party. We're going out tonight to "Ceremony" and he thinks that tonight will be the big celebration. Most of teh "scene" pretty much know him only by reputation. His reputation is as a violent and angry man, though he never lifts a finger in anger unless someone is threatened. He used to be head of securty for several of the clubs in Boston, so everyone gives him his distance. I know he's going to go nuts tonight and be a bastard to lots of people. Don't get me wrong here... THEY DO DESERVE IT. I hate people who spread rumors and talk about things they know nothing about....

anyway... Tonight should be fun i guess... maybe interesting is a better word...

Then there's the party tomorrow. Setting me back about half a grand, but it will be worth it to see him have a happy birthday for a change. We'll be visiting a good firends grave in the afternoon, then have memorial services for his grandmother and mother as they passed away this time last year. Lots of death this time of year.
