Trees2112 got a kick-ass new job, and we both desperately need to skip town for a while. Last summer, money was so tight that even a quick weekend road trip was completely out of the question. So we booked ourselves a flight & hotel for NEW YORK, baby! We'll be there May 20-24. We have an online friend in Connecticut who LOVES the Met and wants to meet us to go there. We're also staying in Chelsea, which has more art galleries than cockroaches.
The Shabby Shack Shindig is coming up the weekend after next...I hope to see loads of SGColumbus and SGOhio peeps there! So at this particular moment, life is purty darn good!
