I'd cancelled my account, and was due to go gray on the 14th, and this wouldv'e been my "farewell post". I've been bored out of my mind, and couldn't be arsed to participate or write journals worth reading. However, I am feeling a little more inspired now, and decided to renew for one more month only, and see how it goes...
I'm trying my best to enjoy the festive period, but I always find New Year's so cathartic because IT'S FINALLY OVER! I know, just shove a balsam fir up my ass and call me the Grinch. I do get quite a bit of time off for the Holidays, which is nice, but I also need to work as much OT as I can stand this month, to pay down the effin' credit cards!
T'is also the season for electric train set-ups in your bay window or circling the Christmas tree. They're intended for the children, but it's the daddies that always end up playing with them...kinda like boobies!
