happy happy spring !
well mother nature fooled us the day before the first day of spring and blanketed the ground with 6 inches of snow and turned to a mix of freezing rain...she is a little devil at times !
ok, onto the good stuff...I started working in a different outlet this week at the company I work for...yayyyy
so far, I AM LOVIN' IT ...hope it stays that way, although I know there is sure to be a few bumps and pot holes in the way, but there is no problem that can't be resolved! remaining very positive and obstamistic, lol , I am however, missing my old team members, and especially my right hand man/sous chef Ian...one day we shall work together again...i got a good feeling on this !!!
adjusting to my new schedule at waking up before the roosters do...but enjoying the fact I actually can enjoy the sunshine after work...going to be great once spring as sprung and summer arrives...
