why does motivation come and go?

I'm in one of those lazy periods.



I was doing some audio work for an independant film make and didn't get much sleep for three days and then I had a VERY WILD weekend so I guess I do it to myself.

It's maybe when you give too much, you're strained and your body and mind don't simply want to do anything... Well, I guess.

I'm back to day job after 2 weeks of holidays spent working on freelance project. I have to find motivation too whatever
