Reading "The Mysteries of Pittsburgh" by Michael Chabon of Wonder Boys\Kavalier & Clay fame. I discovered a few chapters into it that it was written in the late eighties, which kind of made me tilt my head. It could've been written today.
I feel weird. My head's been rather unhinged lately. I've been feeling quite mentally unhealthy. Oh well. It'll work itself out. It's probably just an aspect. Or those wacky demons.
I'm getting two hampsters tomorrow from a coworker. Apparantly, the cage has neon light fixtures or some weird shit like that. It'll be interesting to see how my cats react to them. I'll have to safeguard it to protect the hampsters.
I keep feeling like I'm waiting for the prelude to my life to end, and Chapter One to begin. I think it's near.
