My roommate left early this morning to his Army Reserves AT, a two week training session. Nate'll be leaving today. I told him I needed things back to normal. Hopefully everything works out well for him.
It's going to be good having the apartment to myself for two weeks. It's been a while since I've had that level of solitude. Time to get things sorted out around here.
I've been out of my parents house for over a year. I've never really spent time thinking about that, though. It just occured to me now. There is absolutely no downside to it for me - no negatives. I love the independence. I'm looking forward to this second year.
