i went to Dominion mental hospital...they took away my draw strings and shoelaces and put me in an icy room again. it was worth it...they started fixing my meds and gave me a PRN for when i need to calm down. I didnt hurt anyone and i only scratched myself but the point is i didnt really cut like i would have if i were out of the hospital. im doing better and i feel like its time to really quit. stop telling myself ill do it later to keep myself calm...and just deal with the emotions that have been so difficult to bare. its time to get on with my life

i don't think you're alone, especially here. Trust me, the scratches may work, but only give you the relief you seek for a short time, there are other ways. Stay strong and resist the temptation and you'll get through it...i promise.
