I have been lacking in SG content for quite some time, but that's about to change! Starting with weekly blog posts.
This weeks (last weeks?) question was "What makes someone beautiful to you?"
After a lot of long hard thinking, I finally came up with an answer to this question that was actually honest & not just super cheesy or superficial.
What makes someone beautiful to me is the way they treat others they don't know. It's one thing to treat your friends, family & co-workers with kindness & respect... but an entirely different thing to treat others the same. To me, there's nothing more beautiful than seeing someone be patient, nice, & polite to someone in customer service or a stranger on the subway.
I grew up around a lot of rude people, & often found myself apologizing for others behaviour. That's probably why kindness to strangers, above all else, makes someone beautiful to me!
