Today was a strange day.
I made some really interesting geometrical drawings that I'm really happy with. I had a good long cry out of frustration. I had an amazing yoga practice outside in the cold air on my balcony in the sunlight. And I talked with my WCB case worker...Told her I'm feeling very stuck, and sad, and like nothing is moving forward and I've done everything I can. My surgeon's office isn't open until the 16th now, and my appointment is on the 19th but they STILL haven't sent the report from my appointment on October 22nd! It's total bullshit. But she told me she'll send me a payment for up until the 17th even though she isn't supposed to. She's the best. Most of the time.
Most of the places that I had lined up in Portland fell through unfortunately! Understandable, as nobody around there really knows me so I can't expect them to open their doors to a stranger! But my partner and I decided to hunker down in a hostel while we're there instead. I'm really excited.
I was also featured on The Marijuana Models website and Instagram today! Super cool. I applied to be a model like a month ago, and didn't know if it'd go through or if they would feature me or not but it happened, woo!
Not much else to report. I'm super stoned and I'm pretty sure a bird just hit my window.
If that's the case, I don't think I'm emotionally or mentally prepared to deal with this situation.
