I made a little single garter last night/today that's pretty darn cool. Going to put it up for sale in the shop tomorrow

I also taught myself how to make and install single ended wool dreads...So that was fun.
I like making stuff. Especially when I find things I like and want but can't afford....I usually find a way to make it.
I've pretty much spend the night watching Edgar Allan Poe stories from a bunch of DVD's I rented at the library. They're narrated by Christopher Lee, which is totally just reminding me of LOTR.
By the way...Decided to get "LOTR" across my knuckles. Because I'm awesome, that's why. I can't honestly explain how much I love the world of Middle Earth and the mythology behind it. FNWMFLAKF. Ugh. Uggh.
I went to the library to originally try and get The Silmarillion but they didn't have it there...I settled on The Children Of Hurin (Which I am just as stoked about!!). I can never get enough Tolkien... <3333 Meow.
Anyway, i've been getting a lot of messages and comments lately asking why I'm not pink! Haha. I love you guys so much <33 I'm not too worried about it, as I think my next sets will knock it out of the park! My first set "I Adore The Weird" even may still have hope, it's not even close to 2 months old and it JUST passed 1200 comments today! YAYY! Super cool.
I'm kind of stressing out about money lately... I've been on WCB (Workers Compensation) since last December because of 2 work injuries, both of which I needed surgery for (most recent one being my elbow). At first, I was being paid every 2 weeks. Now I haven't seen a paycheck in months...I'm starting to get worried. They said the reason is because my boss hasn't submitted my missed hours since JUNE. I'm extremely pissed off, but couldn't do anything about it because they aren't open on weekends. Hopefully it will be dealt with tomorrow. I have NO money.
BUT. The universe WILL come through. It always does. I'm confident that good things are coming. I know they are. Still, though, I can use a lot of help. It's NOT easy asking for help, especially when it's so close to considered being begging. But you know what? There's a huge difference. I am asking for help with every intention of helping others in return, I am asking for help without guilting others into helping me. So I say, lovely fans and friends of mine, will you please help me to survive these next days or weeks without pay? I need to restock my cupboards with food...I need to find ways to sell my garments and prints... Well, for starters...
1). Had my EI run out before I was ready for it. Currently working through an IA application.
2). Almost finished my dive training. Would have finished it today had an accident meant I needed to get checked out before heading back into the water.
3). Got hired and fired from a new job within the span of a week.
Frankly, I don't know how (or why, to be frank) I carry on. But I do.
