stormworm

i went to the beach and swam today for the first time in a year or so. I was also buried for the first time in sand. well, for the first time vertically at least. i really liked it. it was a completely different sensation than i have ever felt before.

i am trying to explain just how it felt- with the sand bearing down in every direction, water getting poured over my head, smoking a cigarette while sand blew in my face (unable to move my arms since they were by my stomach when buried) but nothing comes out except description of the physical event.

so i will mention that breathing was particularly interesting.
