Ok i need to ask for help. My husband has had Casey from birth to 7 yrs of age. from 7 to january this yr. she is 10 now. his ex has had her. In january his ex and her husband threw Casey out of their house and now she lives with us again. Today we get court papers saying that they are fighting for full custody and him to have supervised visitation cause he might run with her. We can't afford a atturney. they cost like 2500. We have been searching for pro bono or free lawyers in michigan. but not having any luck. Does anyone know of a free lawyer or one that does pro bono work for custody cases in wayne county michigan?
