I'm just gonna start this off by saying this weekend was truly an incredible experience I never believed I could possibly be a part of.
I took an 8 hour bus ride to Montreal at 1:00 am after working a 9 hour shift and I guess I was so stoked that sleep was not an option. By the time I got to the house I was running on espresso and 0 hours of sleep in close to 27 hours. LOL I was delusional to say the least. I got to meet a few of the girls the first day. Every girl I met this weekend was wonderful. I wish I had a little more confidence when it comes to socializing and making new friends but i'm sure it'll be a breeze next time since we're already familiar with each other and what not.
The second day went extremely well. It probably had to do with the 12 hours of sleep I finally got but it was successful none the less. I decided to try to overcome my fear of dresses this week and ended up buying 3 I really loved. When I finally strut them around my house for a little while I grew to love how cute they made me feel so I decided to wear a dress for my next shoot. I shot again with the beautiful & talented @shaine and I am SOOO HAPPY with the results. I felt 20x more confident in front of the camera and I think the confidence really shows in the photos compared to the nervous faces I made in my first shoot. I cannot fucking wait for everyone to see them ! I'm absolutely in love with the shots. I'd post a preview but it'll be a few weeks before I get to see them again. After my shoot I was briefly able to creep on @kendall 's shoot. Hubba fucking hubba what a fox !! If you haven't seen the behind the scenes photo I captured of this beautiful moment you should scroll down on my page. Everyone witnessing her shoot was completely silent. All I was able to hear were lady boners popping all over the room.
The rest of the night after shooting was just a shit show. The lovely @glas showed up with wine & dirty jenga and shit started getting mental in the house haha. Thanks to jenga I got to kiss @velour & @fennek (yes there are photos).
THANK YOU JENGA CREATORS!!!! Haha as soon as the other photos are posted i'll post a few on here. @fennek and I got married. She proposed to me then I proposed to her... Basically there were multiple proposals and I think I melted each time. I loveeee that little goofball ! She is absolutely adorable and hilarious. Am I the luckiest spouse in the universe or what?
We had an amazing girls night filled with drunk talks about life, banana fights, dancing & laughing. I couldn't have asked for a better night or better people to have spent it with.
Poor @velour !! I made her drink with me all night knowing she would shoot on Sunday but the lady champed out that hangover and took some beautiful photos <3 This girl is a MEGA babe. My jaw would drop every time I had the pleasure of watching her shoot. She is also such a sweetheart. Ugh i'm gonna miss my French-Canadian babes and their cute little accents so much !!!!!
I woke up sick on Sunday so the day was a bit of a blur for me but I wanna thank all the beautiful ladies who made my weekend the glorious weekend it was & I hope we get to do it again sometime so soon & I won't be so anti-social when i'm not trashed haha.
Ouu also- I've been getting asked about what i'm doing with the polaroids (thanks to the babein' @moose_ ) and i'll tell ya haven't fully committed to any ideas yet !! I'm not quite sold on the idea of selling them but i'll think of something sooner than later !!
