So lets see here, i guess we're just up to our ass in bad nights this week. Every night, with the exception of wednesday, wednesday was a really good night, has had some sort of shitiness to it. Last night was no exception. Went downtown and took advatage of Charlie Browns happy hour, 2 for 1 drinks
, and preceeded to get loaded. At some point in the night the conversation turns to me, your humble storeyteller, and the shits let loose. They start giving me drunken advice to problems in my life that they dont understand. While I welcome their advice and understand where theyre coming from it was all i could do to not lean across the table and smack the shit out of them. Im really glad i was drunk when this happened cuz im a really happy drunk and if i had been sober i probably would have punched someone in the throat. What ticks me off the most about all this is that when i tell them what i feel i need to do they sit back and say "no, thats wrong, what you need to do is....." You know, telling me to do almost the exact opposite of what my conscience and instinct tell me to do. They mean well, but man, im sick of people assuming they can see things from my point of view and not actually being able to do it. I realize thats alot to ask of someone but i just wish that theyd realize that they dont know what theyre talking about.
