CARS
So, my mom's car was stolen last weekend. She had a '99 Integra LS. It was found gutted across the street from the Lawrence Police Station a few days later. She is getting a new car as the insurance are paying for it.
My car's CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on Sat. right smack in the middle of the GODLY torrential rain that we had. I went to my mechanic in Salem, MA yesterday and it turned out my gas cap wasn't shut completely! Go figure! Well, that wasn't it. I replaced my air filter last week and it wasn't totally replaced secure. So, after a $68 diagnostic test...........everything was fine.
Until I drove home! The LIGHT came on again. So, today I went back to my mechanic and it turns out an emissions sensor is a bit too sensitive and/or the computer program needs to be reconfigured. long story short, nothing is wrong mechanically with my car. I just won't pass emissions next year when I go for an inspection. My oil pressure sensor may have to be replaced or the computer may have to be reconfigured by PONTIAC. Either way, it will be a costly repair. So, this is my life!
In other news, I now have a dog at my house that is BADASS! My aunt from L.A. moved in with us and she brought her terrrier/pitbull dog name "Buster". He is a muscular dog, but a puppy in mind. I missed having a large furry animal around the house!
