Ok, I have been out of touch for a while. So it is time for an update.
First the big news, I bought a new house. It seemed like the time to do it and everything just fell into place. So I am now the proud owner of a very large house now, almost 3200 sq. ft.
The other big news is that I got together for Christmas with my family. It was the fist time in nearly 15 years that all of us were in the same place at the same time. With seven of us it can be hard to coordinate all getting together at the same time in the same place. But we managed it and my mother was so happy she was beside herself. It was a great Christmas present for her.
Other than that the holidays were great. I celebrated Christmas in my new house

No this one is not a fixer upper this time. I have slowly come to the realization that back when I had the time to do work like that I did not have the money and now that I have the money I do not have the time.
