Actually thats not strictly true, excercise is a really good way to work out the stressess of the day/week/month/year/decade/century/millenium (delete as applicable) and also makes you feel quite a lot better about yourself so I'll change that a bit

Okay, I'm a bit ahead of myself, let me explain....I've just got back from pre season training for the football team I am hoping to join and I am super knackered, I haven't run that much since I was maybe 16 or 17 when I last played 11 a side football and I'm no longer the cardiovascular machine I once was
We ran and ran and ran and ran and then when we couldn't run anymore we ran again, my lungs were heaving, I could taste iron in my mouth and I thought my legs were going to give way under me and funnily enough I absolutely loved it. I've wanted to play full on football again for years and I really think this time I'm going to through with it and get in shape. I'm actually not terrible at football I've just terribley unfit, maybe this will be my way back.
Anyway, I'm rambling (probably due to exhaustion)
