yo wa'gwan?
My mate Sam has been travelling for the past 9 months, he's pretty much been out there finding himself. He also plays thge bass and the two of us have a real good connection when it comes to music. He's back in little over a month and wants to jam and either get our old band back together (which would be the illest shit cos our old bad, Misfits In Audio was amazing) or start something new. Either way it gives me something to focus on and get into. I really need something like this at the moment because otherwise I'm just going crazy in my own head and thats no healthy for anyone.
Hopefully we'll have some gigs in the next 6 months (we'll need a few months to get tight again) and I'm really fucking looking forward to getting on a stage again and expressing myself. Nothing beats holding a guitar and dancing along with the crowd to some music you've created yourself, it's the best feeling ever.
Hopefullly MIA gets back together cos that was a really fun year or so of my life. We made some really good music that, if the other members hadn't had other commitments, I really believe could of gone somewhere. Maybe a year out and a few more life experiences can push us over the edge. Making music for a living is my dream job.
Regardless of whether I make a living out of it, I'll still write a song for you, it's the least you deserve

Good luck with the band plans dude. I so could do with a new band but there is hardly anything round here worth my time these days.
