I forgot to mention. At the event with the pig roast. There was a bourbon tasting, and every dish for it had bourbon involved some how. Even a sweet potato maple bourbon creme brûlée. I got to meet Bobby Gleason, Jim Beam's master mixologist. On loan to us for a day. This dude is as bad ass as bad ass mixologists get. He holds the Guinness World Record for most cocktails mixed in an hour. Clocked in at a grand total of 235. In one fucking hour. This dude was the real deal. It was an honor to meet him. Also, I love bourbon.
