A few weeks ago I joined a band called Dawn of Flames. I was pretty heavily intoxicated when I was asked to join this group and thought it was a dream when I woke up the next morning. It turns out it wasn't a dream and I have to learn 12 songs and be ready to perform them by mid June for our second studio album release. No pressure, right ?
This will be my first gig with a semi pro band and I am looking forward to the challenge. The style is a bit different than what I usually play but change brings growth and that is almost always a positive thing in life!
I will post some of our music as soon as I get the go ahead from the rest of the band!
Have a great day SG people!
~Dave
