Ok, so the house I was considering is going up for sheriff sale. Which is good and bad. The good part is that it will more than likely be a lot more cheaper than if I got it from a mortgage company. The bad part is that I will have to have 20% at the point of sale and I don't know when it is going up for sheriff sale. So I am going to keep calling this lady whom's number is in the window until she a) tells me when the sheriff sale for the house is b) just gets tired of me calling about and just sells it to me for cheap (not going to happen).

I almost disappeared last night. While on my lunch break I thought about how cool it would be to just leave and go to the Florida Keys. Job abandonment and everything. How cool would that be? Quit my Fortune 500 job and become a ARRR!!!

Just up and leave? Well, if you're the only one you have to take care of, then I say go for it. Man, if I could do it, I would. I've never been alone so I don't know what that freedom is like. I just have to dream about what it must be like. Personally, if I had that kind of freedome, I'd have been all over the place by now. Right now I've got my sights set on Chicago. That's where my dad's family is from and we went there to scatter my grandparent's ashes up at their old summer house on Loon Lake,..... anyway, I LOVED Chicago and I didn't get enough before I had to come back to Red Neck Hell. So, I'm aching to go back.
Yep, I think that if you can roam, then by all means, roam if you want to (remind you of anything?) smile
