well i mite be losing my job over some stupid bullshit. im a server and my boyfriend is the full time manager and the assistant manager also has a boyfriend who is a server there. and LB the assistant manager is a complete bitch and is really emotional and takes everything the wrong way and she also holds grudges on any server that gets on her bad side, which is most of the servers there. but LB is mad at john (full time manager and my boyfriend) so she is taking it out on me. i asked her for a ten % off on a bill for my benafit because a table didnt tip me. which is something every server in the place does from time to time, and yes that is wrong but i live on tips i dont even get pay checks anymore becuase i get taxed on my credit card tips and i only make 2.13 an hour so my checks just say this is not a check, so when a table dosent tip its really wrong for them, i have bills and rent and tring to save up to go to school and i have 3 animals so i need money. and she is tring to take my job because of it. and this is was a server that once ran out ofter a table and yelled at them for not tipping her, which is something that you never do, and should have gotten fired on the spot for. but john being nice and not wanting to see someone lose thier job didnt say anything to the owner. and john asked her as a friend to do him a favor and let me keep my job because he did her a favor then for something a lot more serious and she took that as him saying that he was gonna black mail her. so i dont know what im going to do i dont want to lose my job im probably the only server their that likes coming to work. and im the only server that never complains and always comes in on my days off if they need me and has never asked off for more then a day. plus i have like the most shifts and we dont really have a great staff right now. so if she is gonna take my job then she is gonna lose one of the best servers she has got.
