He's got an aviary with goshawk he takes hunting for ptarmigan and snow hares.
It was so cool I was kind of floored. He stole the mother goshawk's egg and raised this bird from a hatchling. I asked him if I could be his apprentice, but he kind of hemmed and hawed. This is my first exposure to it, but I am freaking fascinated.
