Well this is kind of exciting.
The guy who owns the Burger King franchises around Anchorage went bankrupt, and it looks like his creditors are going to get screwed. He's putting his 14 Burger Kings up for sale for super cheap.
One of them is in a really high-value part of town, for just $20,000. A developed lot in that location could probably get five times that (wouldn't want to operate a BK as they're not very popular here).
But My dad's got a construction company, my best friend has a whole construction crew, I've got the money.......Hmmmmmmmmmm...I've never done anything like this before. That's what I've been working on lately. The next bankruptcy court hearing is on Groundhog Day. I wish my friendwould get back from Europe so I could talk to him about this.
