Hey Pervs!
So, we finally got back the results for Bobbys ASVAB. For those of you who don't know (well, really, I don't know why you would know) Bobby (my boyfriend) recently took the ASVAB with hopes of going into the Coast Guard. (The ASVAB is basically the SATs for the military) The score you need to get to pass is a 45. Because Bobby has a G.E.D instead of a diploma he had to score 20 points higher than the average high school graduate to prove that he isn't a total idiot. Anyway, he got a 81! He scored almost 40 points higher than the average person had to! yay I'm not dating a lost cause!!
So, yea, I'm proud of him. I'm also pretty bummed at the same time because that means he has to leave me for two months sometime soon. I'm also worried about how he will fare at boot camp. (I tried to find the scene from full metal jacket when they beat private pyle with socks and soap but youtube has let me down). I'm sure he'll do fine but I can still worry, can't I?
So yea, two months! That's eight weeks! That's 56 days! That's 1,344 hours! That's 80,640 minutes!
Okay, you get the idea. I just really hope he won't be gone for Christmas.
Oh well, I really don't have anything else to say.

CG boot camp is absolutely nothing like Marine Corp boot camp. Don't even try to compare the two.
