usualy you want to use a tape recorder ((basics)) i suggest do a google search and check out some of the websites they have great info on how to start and get into things. hugs hun

why don't you just talk to them? or he or she? that's what i had to do when my ex apartment was haunted... the only way the guy that killed himself ended up leaving was when her and i talked to him and asked him what he wanted or if there was anything we could do? we didn't hear him for like three weeks and then something else came and we had to do a cleasing... really freaky...
