I have to say, I've made only brief forays into the world of wine, and as such really only had Yellowtail, but the Reisling gave me my first hangover ever, and the Cabernet Sauvignon has been MARVELOUS! It's still kind of dry, but not too bad that I won't drink it.

That being said, I will check out your recommendations. As I've said before - some people worry about holiday weight gain. I worry about holiday liver damage!
