tonight i finished my first Bikram Yoga class.. they pumped the studio to over a 100 degrees while we did yoga for 1.5 hours. i thought i was gonna die but i made it! yay!!! the instructor said i had a strong heart and strong lungs... huh. who knew. i need something cold but have nothing! i am about to steal 102's ice cream! a soy-based ice cream made just for puppies. or maybe i'll just pass out with the fridge doors open instead...
