yeah, i'd say the word "have" is a little hazy, we are noncommitted, best friends with benefits and an open option for anyone else either of us may decide to do anything with. sounds really great except i'm more of the super-awesome-boyfriend type, and the fwb will take getting used to. not that i complain at all though.
