the lake house sale fell through... i was perfect for us, but the sellers were shaddy and basically used my offers to up a non-brokered side deal they had going all along.
BUT i have a new lead on a 600 sq foot studio coop in gramercy park that comes complete with a 700 sq foot rooftop deck ( can you IMAGINE annabelle frolliciking aout???!! )
OR a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in pacifica with ocean views..
i honestly don't know what to do.
my heart is in san francisco but i'm supposed to love NY.

The new apt sounds awesome, though.
We live in a 500sq ft one-bedroom in the EV and I hate it.
We bought a house in VT 2 years ago and are supposed to move there permanently, but my wife keeps chickening out.
