its an interesting day today. Had an overwhelming experience at work. Got thrown into some surgical cases that have totally exausted me. and i mean in that physical and mental manner. I dont know why but sometimes there are moments where the typically routine and mundane can suddenly become uniquely difficult and involved. and that was definately today. Maybe it was because my monday went well, but whatever the reason, today sucked ass.

I think i am gonna go into the kitchen, open up some alcohol and get ripped. that sounds a fine ending to a difficult day. Anywho, hope everyone else is doing well.
