Since it is pretty much a given that Constitutional Rights should not be infringed (it's kind of the WHOLE POINT of the Constitution/Bill of Rights)... don't you think it says something that the Founding Fathers actually saw fit to specifically state "...shall not be infringed" in the 2nd Amendment?
