i have this student that has just taken off with everything i have thrown at him in terms of literature. he is a sophomore, and is so conscious of social justice, and is always quick to defend the down trodden in school and the community.

Met a woman in CA when I was at school. I love her. She lives in Seattle, been a wild and great long distance relationship, and I will be there soon.
Teaching has been good, interesting, but good. The kids I teach are so sheltered, and there are only 31 in the whole high school.

I have more on the way to share, although they aren't all SG pics. I shot tonight with a local photog who's quite good, super excited to see the final results - my first paid shoot ever. Looks like I may be able to actually make a living out of this. I feel so lucky I would have never, ever thought that at 33 I'd be starting a possible new career. On that note, good luck on your teaching! Hard field to get into, considering so many go that route. My brother is a history teacher.
