and other things are going well in my life finally, i can see the light at the end of the tunnel. only a few more things left to do.
oh, and i have had job interviews. one today, for a position i didnt apply for, i just inquired about. one last week, they really like me, and have asked me for a return interview (but the commute is 50mi one way), and one next week...
something has got to stick.
i have been teaching three reading classes for the summer. critical reading. i'm pushing the kids through really looking at the books, one class is just running with it, they are doing a feminist critique of The Good Earth by Pearls S. Buck. we will switch gears to use Marxism on it.... these are high school kids, i hope they take something from it...
