I messed up some ribs... still sore. How? I decided to take a look at a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym here in town... It is a blast. They give a week free and I went last week, over extended on side and then rolled with two more guys. The next day I went in and rolled with four of the better guys. Yeah, sore.
