I have a hole in my thumb nail, had to drill it out to let some of the blood flow to relieve the pressure. Yep, I smashed it and it was all purple and was throbbing. As soon as we did that, not so bad.
I am enjoying my writing classes, I am a little lost with my fellow students though in my poetry class. 1/3 of the class is great, the rest are lost. They had no clue who Icarus is, even a slim idea..(I made an allusion to Icarus in one of my poems).
I am reading like mad, always. Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" is up now, as well as Homer's "Iliad". Plus I have been reading Victor Hernandez Cruz on my own, and a few other poets.
Anyway...
Off I go, to do laundry and such. lol
