Ok, so the semester is just barely going. I have two writing classes. I am working on a poem for one of them, it is a long poem so far, kind of in the spirit of Whitman or Ginsberg. I will see if I can pull this off. I am making observations about my kids from start to finish on my route (they are Chicano, Mexican, Guatemalan, and a handful of middle class white kids).

What am I reading? I have been reading Kerouac, Ginsberg and Yehuda Amichai and more poetry... Still working on Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. Assigned reading has been a few short essays, a text book for Mythology, and we are beginning Shakespeare's "Richard III"

Dating has been brutal. One woman that I thought may be ok turned out to be a pain in the ass. It was bizarre, pushed hard after just two weeks and was thinking marriage and kids. I was like WHOA! SLOW DOWN! Bunch of others that just failed to even really start. meh.

I scheduled every day of the week so I know exactly what I am doing at all times. Strange? Yeah, but I am back up to 7hrs of sleep Hopefully that will make some sort of difference in my well being!

My dog is waiting for me to take him for a quick walk. My daughters are waiting for me to go to bed...
