i am soooooo done with winter! more snow today, which means worse driving, more cold and more being trapped in the house. ugh! not to mention work is just total crap and my boss is worse than ever.
on the plus side, at least we've got the bathroom almost done! we just need to install the faucet, and add some artwork to a couple of the walls. but we have a working toilet now, which is the most important part.
i've been trying to shake things up, applying for jobs out of state and whatnot, which i have mixed feelings about. i love our house, and the hubby loves loves loves his job, so part of me knows we have to stay here, but i just can't freakin stand it! the winter's just so oppressive and my job is soooooooooo depressing! i've got a wicked sense of cabin fever kicking in and i just need a change. but unfortunately, we're just basically trapped for now. sigh.

ya, I REALLY don't get the point of Winter. I am SOOO very happy to be living where I am...snow comes one night, gone the next...about 3 or 4 times a year...I get the magical first snow fall of the year a few times...don't shovel anything AND have a world class ski hill not far away so I can visit snow anytime I want.
