my boyfriend broke his leg. he was at a tournament this past weekend in detroit and he was landed on. he's at home in the suburbs right now. he had an appointment with the orthopedic surgeon today and we were hoping that he'd put him in a cast and he'd be home today. but no. he needs screws put in. he goes for surgery on wednesday and then has to stay home for like a week or more. basically, he isn't coming back to school at all. and he's missing my graduation. i won't see him until next sunday. i'm going to cry.

I'm sorry to hear that. My friend Mary is getting her Master's this weekend and I had to cancel the plans we had because I have to work on saturday now. I sort of know how you feel!
