for a pick me up, i usually get mexican food. my budget is severely diminished and i dont eat out anymore. if i can, and im down, a burrito from my favorite restaurant is surprisingly awesome, but then again i get a boner for mexican food. good food, good music, and a great craftbrew works wonders. in application, just find the things that make you smile; the things you you find fun; the things that interest you. please yourself in healthy ways and your mind will be distracted. hang in there!

I am working all day today, but celebrated yesterday by taking my mom and grandma to the zoo and having a picnic with all the kids, my sister, and sister-in-law. It was an awesome day. Very Hot though, probably 97 degrees. Well back to work for me.
