I'm in a totally grumpy mood. I was in a great mood earlier.
But I guess it's been going downhill. My caterer cashed my 1000$ check and then emailed to inform me i never mailed it. I swear I'm cursed. So I had to email her back images of the checks cashed into her account. sheesh.
Then, I put up blogs in random myspace groups.. and one group was like tattoos on New England women or some shit. And I put up a blog saying that Im a female tattoo artist and to check out my work. Then I put up a few sentences about how we're looking for people to be on our street team and hand out fliers and business cards. And that I'll trade work time (tattoo time for it). And the girl who owns the group wrote me a very rude and degrading message saying pretty much that she said no advertisements and that I was annoying and that I should learn to read. So I'm pissed. #1 it wasn't an advertisement. Advertisements are meant to sell. I'm looking for people to give out fucking fliers. #2 Tattooing isn't some nonprofit organization. So every single person who posts a photo, who says the name of the shop they got work done, that's all promotion. So if I'm not allowed to say that Im a female tattooist and I want people to get free tattoos, then it ought to state that there's to be no promotion at all and that you cant post the names or shops you've gotten work. Makes no sense. But mostly I'm just pissed that someone insulted me and pretty much called me stupid. All she had to say is, "hey man, I think your post was too close to advertisement so I'm gonna delete it, sorry." Or nothing at all because I wouldn't have noticed. But she gets off on trying to act like she's better than someone. Ugh. People are pathetic.
So I wrote her a very rude message explaining advertisement, promotion and tattooing as a business.
Also... Don't you think its really weird to insult someone that lives very near to you? If I was a crazy person I could drive over to her city and kick her ass. I just don't think people realize that myspace isn't some little safe world where you can insult people or put up all your personal information. People get arrested because they put up their graffiti on myspace. Girls get stalked for their myspace info, Kids get grounded for putting up photos of their parties, and now people are getting jobs denied because of it. And yet people keep putting up info and photos.

anyway, if it makes any difference, i get alot of heads down here that are from, or travel through your area, for school, and whatnot, the next mailer i send you, put a couple cards in it too send back,

besides, anytime anything is said in public it can be construed as a promotion/advertisement of some kind. tell her to shove her opinion up her ass and lick your balls.
